| Synopsis Koji Yakusho plays an out of work actor who ends up posing as a lawyer. He is so convincing that local villagers believe him and he finds himself struggling alongside them in their fight for their rights against a big bad company. The story is set in little rural towns where peach and Daruma are local specialties. The town sinks into its worst crisis since newly-built disposal site nearly causes environmental destruction. To compete with a hotshot lawyer hired by the company of the disposal site, the village people try to hire a better lawyer but they cannot find one.
